As a family business EMCO has traded through variable market conditions and continued to grow. As we embark on our 3rd decade of serving the North East, the business now has Raymond's sons Gavin and Fraser helping drive operations forward.

    Founded by Raymond Emslie the business began by drawing on Ray's years of mechanical experience.

    With an early focus on digger and plant hire the business was intially called Dig It

    Drawing on the family focus of the business EMCO (Emslie Company) became the brand the North East has come to know and trust
